Rick Bullard serves as Director of Client Solutions for Lean Synergy Solutions, where he helps companies strengthen their teams by connecting them with Lean Synergy's disciplined, veteran-first recruiting model. His focus is on building relationships with organizations that need people who show up with discipline, ownership, integrity, and pride.
Rick and his wife Amber are both retired Air Force veterans and live in Castroville, Texas, with their two children, Seth and Madi. His recruiting background includes over a decade in Air Force recruiting, with assignments in Pittsburgh, Boise, Montgomery, and San Antonio. During that time, he earned the Senior Air Force Recruiting Badge seven times and was twice named Medical Service Corps Recruiter of the Year.
Rick was also part of the original team selected to stand up Air Force Special Warfare recruiting, where he became the first liaison between Air Force Recruiting and Air Force Special Warfare. After retirement, he served as Head of Human Performance for the Air Force Special Warfare Preparatory Course.
His background also includes launching businesses in human performance and medical sales, including work with products designed to help patients facing chronic wounds. Rick holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management and a master's degree in Exercise Science.
