As a Junior Recruiting Partner, Seth is passionate about placing people who are often overlooked on paper into roles where they can do their best work. At Lean Synergy Solutions, he advocates for both the candidate and the client in every search, focusing on building the right fit for long-term success.
Seth earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business from Stephen F. Austin State University. Before joining LSS, he built a graphic design and social media marketing service that helped overlooked high school and transfer portal football players earn college offers through targeted social media efforts that connected talented athletes with the right opportunities.
A former Division I linebacker, Seth understands firsthand what it feels like to work hard for opportunities that do not always come easy. That experience continues to shape his approach to recruiting and relationship building.
Outside the office, Seth enjoys lifting weights, playing fetch with his dog Juju, and watching F1 races with his dad. He is also a self-described mediocre pickleball player and a lifelong Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Seth is based in San Antonio, Texas.
