For Mike, success starts with his faith, and he puts God first in everything he does. That foundation of integrity carries over directly from his 21-year career in the U.S. Army. After working in communications and IT, Mike found his true calling in Army recruiting, where he mastered the art of creative sourcing and building deep trust with candidates. After retiring from the military, he successfully transitioned those skills into corporate recruiting, specializing in the engineering, defense, and manufacturing sectors.

At Lean Synergy Solutions, Mike is all about finding the perfect balance between cutting-edge hiring tech and authentic human connection. While he loves using modern tools to streamline the process, he firmly believes that automated systems should never replace real, honest conversations.
