Aloha, I'm Eddie Brock, a retired U.S. Navy Seabee Chief with 21 years of military service and more than 14 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
Since 2012, I've helped organizations find and hire the people who keep projects moving, teams growing, and missions on track. My recruiting experience spans military, construction, industrial, technical, and leadership roles, giving me the opportunity to work with everyone from skilled trades professionals and project managers to executives and transitioning service members.
What I enjoy most about recruiting is building relationships. Every person has a story, a skill set, and a goal they're working toward. I take pride in helping people find opportunities that align with their strengths while helping organizations build teams that can succeed for the long haul.
As a Navy veteran, I also have a passion for helping service members navigate the transition to civilian careers. Having spent years recruiting, mentoring, and leading people, I understand that a successful hire is about more than a resume—it's about finding the right fit for both the individual and the organization.
