As a Recruiting Coordinator with Lean Synergy Solutions, I am excited to begin my career in the recruiting industry and contribute to connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities. Although I am new to recruiting, I have quickly discovered a passion for helping people take the next step in their professional journey and serving as the link between qualified candidates and organizations where they can thrive.
What I enjoy most about recruiting is getting to know candidates, understanding their goals, and helping them find opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations. There is nothing more rewarding than knowing I played a part in helping someone find a career that can positively impact their future. I am especially passionate about supporting veterans as they transition into civilian careers and helping them connect with opportunities that recognize the value of their experience and service.
Outside of work, I live in Republic, Washington, where I enjoy homesteading with a variety of animals, including chickens, ducks, turkeys, guinea hens, and geese. I also enjoy gardening, crocheting, and spending time with a good book. My dedication, enthusiasm, and people-focused approach help me bring genuine care and energy to every candidate interaction.
