With more than 20 years of recruiting and workforce development experience, Monte has built his career around connecting exceptional people with meaningful opportunities. Prior to entering the recruiting industry, he served 23 years in the United States Air Force, where he developed a deep appreciation for leadership, operational excellence, and the value of building high-performing teams.
