Alexandra is the Chief Product & Innovation Officer and Co-Founder of Lean Synergy Solutions, where she oversees backend operations, systems, and process development that support the company's mission and long-term growth. As an Air Force veteran with experience in hospital management, MediEvac program management, disability case management, and healthcare IT, Alexandra brings a practical, service-minded approach to operations and problem solving.
She holds a Master of Science in Health Sciences (MSHS) with a concentration in Public Health and is passionate about veteran advocacy, health education, and supporting the overall wellness of veterans and military families. While she never expected to help build a staffing company, she has embraced the challenge of creating the structure, workflows, and behind-the-scenes systems that help the business operate effectively and support both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs, photography, getting out in nature, and attending her daughters' sporting events.
